Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders across India.
Delivery time
| Prepaid orders (full payment by UPI) | 3 to 4 business days |
| Cash on Delivery orders | 5 to 7 business days |
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery can take longer in remote areas, during festivals or because of courier delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on shoes. Socks and accessories are prepaid only.
- COD orders need an advance of ₹200 per pair. The remaining amount is paid to the courier at delivery.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, the courier tracking ID is shared on your WhatsApp number. You can also track it from the Track section on our website.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please enter a complete and correct address and phone number. If a dispatched parcel comes back because the address was wrong, the customer was not reachable, or the parcel was refused, the delivery charge of ₹130 is paid by the customer, as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation policy.
